Overview

Atlas Resources, LLC, is one of the largest operators in the Appalachian Basin. Since 1985 Atlas Resources has sponsored 18 public and 38 private partnerships. In the partnerships, Atlas Resources and its affiliates act as the operator and the general drilling contractor and are responsible for drilling, completing, and operating the wells. Atlas Energy Resources and its affiliates have a 97% completion rate for wells drilled by their development partnerships. Currently, Atlas Energy Resources and its affiliates operate more than 6,600 natural gas and oil wells located in those areas.
